In 1990 INBA PNBA Global Founder World President, Denny Kakos founded INBA PNBA Global for natural athletes, to unite all countries as an international organisation that would unify and standardise natural bodybuilding around the World.

INBA PNBA Global commenced drug testing with the highest standards and incorporated the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Labs to create a more even playing field for the athletes. 

Today, INBA PNBA Global proudly promotes shows around the world in 67 countries, and is growing. bodybuilding around the World.

Denny Kakos has registered the PINNACLE OF NATURAL SPORTS, the Natural Olympia Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships which has turned out to be the largest most prestigious competition in the world. WHERE THE BEST OF THE BEST OF NATURAL ATHLETES COME TO COMPETE.  Most recently the INBA added the word GLOBAL to the INBA logo to signify the strength and unity of the now Truly INBA PNBA Global Family.

Denny Kakos has dedicated his life to the sport of Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness, and the Elite Natural Athletes with one goal in mind:  to be someday recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as a true sport based on fair competition and unbiased judging, a sport which is truly natural and encompasses both the physical and mental beauty of the human being, thus building a foundation for healthy lifestyles and all other sports.

Singapore hosted the INBA PNBA Asia Pacific Championships for the first time. This is an automatic Natural Universe and Natural Olympia qualifier against the top amateurs and pros from Asia Pacific and other regions of the world. With more than 15 pro cards up for grabs, this event was a great opportunity for amateurs to win their pro cards.

THE VERY FIRST INBA SHOW IN MALAYSIA, PRESENTED IN KUALA LUMPUR ON THE 3/4 FEBRUARY 2024 AT MENARA KEN THEATRE

The INBA PNBA SINGAPORE has on 18 FEBRUARY 2023 signed the Collective Policy thereby agreeing to at all times: 

1. Recognise and accept the Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS) as the National Anti-Doping Organisation designated by the Singapore Government as having the responsibility for all doping matters relating to sport in Singapore; 

2. Accept the Anti-Doping Policy of Singapore and the ADS Anti-Doping Rules, both of which are established in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code, as the basis for the fight against doping in sport; 

3. Adopt the Anti-Doping of Singapore and the ADS Anti-Doping Rules either directly or by reference into our governing documents, constitution and/or rules and regulations, and which shall have binding force and effect on our members and Participants; and 

4. Agree to observe, abide by and implement the provisions of the Anti-Doping Policy of Singapore and the ADS Anti-Doping Rules in respect of our affairs and activities. 

The INBA PNBA SINGAPORE condemns the use of doping in sport. It recognises the right of all its Athletes to participate in a sport that is free from the misuse of drugs. The INBA PNBA SINGAPORE is committed to educate, inform and test, as appropriate, participants competing in BODYBUILDING in Singapore, and representing Singapore, so that it remains a drug-free sport. 

It is a requirement of participation in the sport that all its Athletes, Athlete support personnel and other persons under the jurisdiction of the INBA PNBA SINGAPORE comply with the Anti-Doping Policy of Singapore and the ADS Anti-Doping Rules set out and published by the INBA PNBA SINGAPORE and ADS.
